হিউম্যান ভয়েস, ডেস্ক: আজ রাষ্ট্রপতি নির্বাচন। তবে দিল্লির বদলে কলকাতাতেই ভোট দেবেন তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস সদস্যরা। ইতিমধ্যেই ভোট দানের বিষয়ে নির্বাচন কমিশনের কাছে আবেদনপত্র পাঠিয়েছেন তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের লোকসভার দলনেতা সুদীপ বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। অন্য তৃণমূল সাংসদদের কাছেও নোটিশ পাঠিয়েছেন তিনি। আইন অনুযায়ী দিল্লির বাইরে নিজ রাজ্যের বিধানসভায় রাষ্ট্রপতি নির্বাচনের ভোট দান করতে হলে, ভোটের দশ দিন আগে সেই আবেদনপত্র প্রত্যেক সাংসদকে পৃথকভাবে নির্বাচন কমিশনকে দিয়ে অনুমতি নিতে হবে। সেই মর্মে আগামী দু’এক দিনের মধ্যেই তৃণমূল সাংসদরা তাদের আবেদন পত্র পাঠিয়ে দেবেন বলে জানা যাচ্ছে।
সুদীপ বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় যে নোটিশ দিয়েছে তাতে বলা হয়েছে, যদি কেউ বিশেষ কারণে কলকাতায় থেকে ভোট দিতে না পারেন তাহলে তাকে কারণ জানিয়ে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের কাছে বিশেষ অনুমতি নিতে হবে। দিল্লি নয়, কলকাতাতেই ভোট দেবেন তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস সাংসদরা। শুধুমাত্র ব্যতিক্রম আসানসোলের সাংসদ শত্রুঘ্ন সিনহা। ওই দিন তার শপথ গ্রহণ অনুষ্ঠান থাকায় তিনি একমাত্র দিল্লিতে থাকবেন। ফলে লোকসভায় তাকে ওই দিন হাজির থাকতেই হবে। তাই তিনি সংসদেই ভোট দেবেন। ১৮ই জুলাই অর্থাৎ আজ থেকে শুরু হচ্ছে সংসদের বর্ষাকালীন অধিবেশন। প্রথম দিনই রাষ্ট্রপতি নির্বাচন হবে সংসদ কক্ষে।
তৃণমূলের বক্তব্য অনুযায়ী ২১ শে জুলাইয়ের অনুষ্ঠান আর দুদিন পরেই, তাই সংসদদের ঘন ঘন দিল্লি-কলকাতা যাতায়াতের পক্ষপতি তৃণমূল নেতৃত্ব। তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস মুখপাত্র তথা সাংসদ সুখেন্দু শেখর রায় জানিয়েছেন, আমাদের দলের সিদ্ধান্ত আমরা আজ ১৮ তারিখ বিধানসভায় ভোট দেব। আমরা কেউই নিতান্ত জরুরি না হলে সংসদে যাব না। ভোট কলকাতাতেই দেব। সূত্রের খবর, মথুরাপুরের সাংসদও কলকাতার বদলে ভোট দেবেন দিল্লিতে।
